Forever Green Prompting
Speaker · Northern Region Innovation Forum
I design practical learning experiences that help trainers, teams and working professionals think clearly, practise safely and apply what they learn.

Good learning gives people enough structure to move, enough safety to try and enough meaning to continue after the session.
I am a trainer, but I work like a facilitator. For more than 14 years, I have designed learning experiences that help people think, practise, contribute and leave with something they can use.
My passion is helping trainers, facilitators, L&D teams and working professionals build confidence, clarity and capability. Today, that includes helping people use AI thoughtfully without losing judgement, creativity or the human element.

The work changes with the room, but the aim stays the same: help people make sense of something and act on it.
Build capability through structured programmes, relevant practice and useful participant outputs.
Help groups surface ideas, work through challenges and make decisions together.
Guide individuals and small groups as they apply learning, build tools and improve their practice.
Share practical perspectives on learning, facilitation, AI adoption and building with technology.
Available for corporate programmes, public learning communities, conferences, facilitated conversations and guided implementation.

Use work participants recognise, not generic demonstrations.
Create space for questions, mistakes, peer learning and different learning speeds.
Turn activity into meaning, language and decisions people can carry back to work.
A prompt playbook, workflow, activity, dashboard, web app or next action.
Every programme begins with what people need to understand, decide, practise or build after the session.
Clarify the audience, context, friction and the real problem behind the training request.
Name the visible participant output and the behaviour that should change.
Build activities, examples and practice around real work rather than tool tours.
Help learners notice what worked, what failed and what judgement still belongs to them.
Package the learning into reusable prompts, workflows, tools and commitments.
Long-term collaborators describe the trust, guidance and learning design behind the work.
“What truly distinguishes KNY is that he transforms people, not just programmes.”
“He believes in learning by doing, allowing room for mistakes, offering clear guidance, and providing thoughtful feedback to support improvement.”

“He didn't hand us answers. He handed us a thinking process. And that's the difference between a shortcut and a skill.”
“By end of the day, I built my own landing page. Live. Hosted. Done.”
“I immediately use it for my module and it save so much time.”
The design balances activity, humour, challenge and the freedom to ask questions without feeling judged.
“His training sessions are fun and packed with activities; they feel incredibly lively, and we aren't afraid to voice our opinions because we never feel judged.”
“Impactful trainer, engaging, humble, and reads the room very well.”
“Patient and wise facilitation… allowed us to build as we learned and experience AI in a practical way.”
Kny works with corporate teams, public cohorts, universities and learning communities across different industries and room formats.

Programmes are adapted to the audience, their context and the output they need to create. AI is an important practice area, alongside facilitation, communication and team learning.
Use AI to think, analyse, organise, write and make better-informed decisions.
Research, design activities, create materials, facilitate and build reusable learning tools.
Move from an idea to a live landing page, dashboard or practical first-version tool.
Design participative sessions, ask better questions and turn activities into meaningful learning.
Strengthen communication, trust and shared problem solving through structured experiences.
Shape ideas into clear stories, useful visuals and confident workplace communication.
Share the audience, the challenge and what participants need to leave with. Kny will recommend the most suitable training, facilitation, mentoring or speaking format.
