Key Takeaway: Teams move from prompt-typing to prompt-thinking by applying a practical framework to real workplace outputs.

Trainer Profile
I don't stand in front and perform. I build the session so the learner does the work.
I've trained for 14 years. I've only been AI-first for the last two. So I'm not an AI person who learned to train. I'm a trainer who moved early.
The session is built for them, not for me to look good.
The learner is served first. I'm last in line, and that's the point.
Finishing the slides is not the win. What people do differently after is the win.
If I don't know, I say "I don't know, let me check."

I don't do guru. I design so the learning stays, even when I'm not in the room.

“Enjoyed all the team building activities, mostly required communications, true collaborations, strategising while having lots of fun and laughters. This is the second time BSI engaged Kny Wong. Appreciated the wonderful team building session and good program organization. Thank you!”
“I can vouch for him, he’s one of the best trainers I have ever met! I love the way he engages with and understands his participants. His training sessions are fun and packed with activities; they feel incredibly lively, and we aren't afraid to voice our opinions because we never feel judged. Overall, it was a great experience, especially with all the extra tips he shared with us!”
